COOLING THERAPY
Cool therapy works like ice by cooling the affected or swollen area. Cooling therapy for muscle and joint injuries is well established and recommended by sports physiotherapists. Prompt cooling has been shown to effectively reduce pain and may help in the healing of minor injuries.
Cooling therapy can also be used to soothe tense, tired or sore muscles and joints. Hemp Pain Patches are convenient and easy to use, placed directly onto the skin and can be used under clothing.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Apply to clean dry skin only. Open pouch and remove patch. Peel away the clear plastic backing and apply the sticky side of the patch to the affected or swollen area. Do not apply to face, injured or broken skin. Remove and discard after use. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not freeze or refrigerate.
